As a powerhouse G20 economy and one of the fastest growing emerging markets, Indonesia continues to take a lead in driving high-quality, inclusive and sustainable growth in harmony with the country’s natural and human resources. As the world’s fourth most populous nation, Indonesia’s ability to successfully mobilise capital for green and high impact sectors will be critical to achieving global climate action under the Paris Agreement and delivering the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This success will be in line to support the delivery of President Joko Widodo’s vision of “Triple Happiness Impact” for the people of Indonesia and the region.

On 24 July 2019 , the THK Forum Dialogue “Global Green Growth Economy for Better Business Better World” in partnership with P4G – a global initiative which aims to accelerate the implementation of the SDGs by providing start-up or scale-up funding for green and inclusive growth, was organized at Palalada, Alun Alun Jakarta to showcase a vibrant range of initiatives across a variety of sectors (including clean energy, food and land use, oceans, sustainable finance, innovation and women) which are helping to spur Indonesia’s green-growth economy.
