HEAL (Happy Energy Action Leaders)

Multistakeholder Program for Just Energy Transition

A collaboration between United in Diversity Foundation (UID) and the Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI), HEAL is designed to empower Indonesian leaders to design and implement the financial, technical, and policy solutions critical to achieving the vision outlined in Indonesia’s net zero ambition and NDC commitment to the Paris Agreement, through JETP and other energy transition platforms.

HEAL aims to foster collaboration and synergy among local and national stakeholders by serving as a catalytic shared learning platform, bringing together stakeholders from diverse sectors to increase capacity, form strong coalitions, and foster robust regional energy governance to ignite collective action in energy transition projects implementation, laying the groundwork for a just, resilient, and sustainable energy future.

It was launched by representatives of the two collaborators, Wini Rizkiningayu, Regional Director, Southeast Asia Program for RMI, and the President Tantowi Yahya for UID. This ceremony marks the beginning of an important program for a vital cause.
